Do you accept debit/credit cards? Reservations,Pre-Arrival
Debit/credit cards being used for an authorization is strongly discouraged. The use of a debit card at the time of check-in will initiate an immediate deduction from your bank account and the release of the authorization for any unused funds may take up to 30 days or longer to be processed. Great Wolf Lodge is not responsible for overdrafts or fees associated with your debit/credit card.
Does the resort have a fitness centre? Resort
We have a fitness centre, so bring your workout clothing. Our Iron Horse, Fitness Room has treadmills, a recumbent bike, stretching mats and TVs to make your workout enjoyable.

Our 1st and 3rd floors have a designated vending machine and ice machines are located on every floor at the end of the hallway with the exception of the 1st and 2nd floors.

Do I have to add children under the age of 2 to my reservation? Reservations
Children under 2 years of age are considered free for access to the water park and lodging, but they are considered occupants in the suite. When setting up a reservation online, we require the number of children under 2 to be listed.

At Great Wolf Lodge Niagara all prices are presented in Canadian dollars. We accept U.S. Dollars throughout the Lodge for payment and change will be given in Canadian currency. Please see the Front Desk for current exchange rates. Exchange is given on U.S. bills only. Exchange will not be given on coin. U.S. currency exchange is done in Canadian currency only.
How can I purchase gift cards? Resort

What is the cancellation policy? Reservations
When bad weather or a family member's sickness inhibits you from your travel plans we will gladly rebook your getaway. If you need to cancel your reservation, you will be refunded your deposit less 15% of your deposit so long as you cancel up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel up to 4 days prior to arrival, then you will be refunded your deposit less 30% of your deposit. If your plans change at the last minute (or anytime within 3 days of arrival), call us and we'll try to rebook your trip for different dates. You would only forfeit your deposit if we couldn't rebook your getaway at all. You are subject to the best available rate on these new dates. Cancellation policies may vary by promotional offer, including but not limited to non-refundable early booking promotions. See offer description for details.*May not apply to group reservations
What is the Municipal Accommodation Tax? Reservations,Pre-Arrival
The City of Niagara Falls passed By-law No. 2018-104 to implement a mandatory Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) of $2.00 per room + HST, per night as of January 1, 2019. The Municipal Accommodation Tax does apply to all accommodation in the City of Niagara Falls.

Do you sell day passes to the water park? Water Park
Here at Great Wolf Lodge, our water parks are reserved exclusively for our registered guests. This is our way to minimize overcrowding and long lines.
Are coolers permitted in the water park? Water Park
You are welcome to bring coolers to the lodge; however, coolers, outside food and beverage and glass containers are not permitted in the water park area or on the outdoor pool deck.
Can I use the room telephone to make personal calls? Resort
You do have the ability to dial out from suite phones. Local calls are included in your stay. There is a nominal fee for each long distance call.
What is available at the in-lodge spa? Resort
Elements, Spa Salon is a full-service spa with a Zen-like atmosphere which features a variety of products. Get a massage, manicure, pedicure or facial. Reservations are recommended. There is also Scooops� Kid Spa which specializes in manicures and pedicures for children 12 and under.
What is included with the cost of the suites? Reservations
When you stay at Great Wolf Lodge, your water park passes are included for each registered guest. These water park passes allow access to the water park through the day of your departure. The rate also includes parking, access to Cub Club�, Yoga Tails��, Wolf Walk��, The Forest Friends Show, and our nightly Story Time.
Do you have RV parking and hookups? Pre-Arrival
Great Wolf Lodge does allow RV parking as long as you are a registered guest. We do not offer any hook ups or dumping stations.
Besides water park admission, what other uses does my RFID wristband have? Resort
Great Wolf Lodge water park wristbands are RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device). This means you don't have to carry cash or room keys! You can use your wristband to open your suite door and make purchases throughout the lodge on your account as long as a credit card is on file and we have a $250/stay authorization. Please be advised that if there is a debit or cash security deposit on file, the account will not be open for charging incidentals. There may be fees associated with the replacement of RFID wristbands. RFID wristbands can also be used to scan pictures on our waterpark slides.
Does the resort offer child care? Resort
Cub CareWe offer in-room Cub Care, our official babysitting service, for all ages! All of our Cub Club� Pack Members are certified in infant and child CPR and first aid. Cub Care is $30/hour for one child and $15/hour for each additional sibling. Availability of Cub Care is based on a first come, first serve basis. If you do require Cub Care, we ask that you email or call ahead of time to ensure staff availability. For more information or to make a reservation, please call us at 905.354.4888 x5765.PJ Party NO PARENTS ALLOWED!!The PJ Party is offered every night in the Cub Club from 7:00 pm�9:30 pm for children 4-10 years. This popular program includes crafts, VIP seating at Storytime in the Grand Living Room, and a custom PJ Party pillowcase that the kids colour and keep as a souvenir! The night is filled with lots of fun and games and a snack of popcorn and juice is provided. The best part is NO PARENTS ARE ALLOWED!!! The cost of this program is $35 per child. Spaces are limited so please secure your spot as soon as possible to ensure you little cubs don't miss out on the fun! Children must be pre-registered in the Cub Club before 4:00 pm. What is the common attire and footwear for the water park? Water Park,Resort
We recommend that you bring bathing suits, aqua socks or flip flops for the 84-degree water park. Our lodge is considered casual but we do ask that when you are outside of the water park that shirts and shoes are worn.
How do I set up a group meeting/stay at Great Wolf Lodge? Resort
Be it a wedding, corporate meeting, youth group or class trip, our sales and catering staff are�eager to help you plan a great stay. Great Wolf Lodge offer spacious meeting rooms equipped with wireless and other state-of-the-art meeting amenities. Does the lodge offer a commissionable rate for travel agents? Reservations
Travel agents can receive a commission on the best available rates when reservations are booked through the Reservations Center or a GDS system using their IATA number.

How much of the park is outdoors? Is there a need for sunscreen? Water Park
The majority of our water park is indoors. There is no need for sunscreen while playing in the indoor water park, but we do encourage using sunscreen when spending time at our outdoor water park and attractions.

Why is there a maximum occupancy in the suites? Reservations
For the safety of our guests, we have to limit the number of people that occupy a suite. At Great Wolf Lodge, we do offer certain suites that can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Infants are free of charge for water park access and lodging, but they are counted as an occupant in a suite.
Do the rooms have a refrigerator and/or microwave? Resort
Each suite has a microwave and an efficiency style refrigerator, approximately 3' tall and 2' wide.
What amenities are open to the public? Resort
Excluding the water park and MagiQuest, all additional amenities are open to the public. This includes our restaurants, spas, bowling alley and mini golf.
Where can I purchase toiletries if I forgot something? Resort
The Trading Post Gift Shop sells a few essential toiletries in case you forget to pack them.
What is Story Time? Resort
Nightly Story Time is the perfect ending to your fun-filled day at Great Wolf Lodge. Wear your favourite jammies and enjoy stories in the Grand Living Room every night at 7:30 p.m.
How do I reserve an accessible suite? Reservations
Accessible suites are labeled as such and marked by an accessible icon within the booking process. If you would prefer to make a reservation over the phone, please call 800.605.9653. We can offer a variety of options to meet your needs!
Are pets allowed? Service animals? Resort
For the health and comfort of all of our guests, we do not allow any pets into the lodge. If you would like information on full service kennels in the Niagara Falls area, select one of the links below or please contact us at 905.354.4888.� Service animals as defined by the ADA are allowed in all areas of the resort. Is grilling / cooking permitted at the resort? Resort
Grilling, cooking, birthday candles or any other types of open flames are not permitted in suites, patios/balconies or on resort grounds.

Are rollaway beds or air mattresses available to reserve during stay? Resort
Air mattresses can be requested by clicking "Air Mattresses"� on the Reservation page. Complimentary air mattresses are first come, first serve upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed during high occupancy periods. These are not available for KidKamp, KidCabin or Wolf Den Suites. There is a limit of one air mattress per room.
What time is check-out? Resort
Check-out time is 11 a.m. As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the water park facilities until closing. We recommend packing a smaller bag with bathing suits and a change of clothes and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. If a late checkout is desired we offer a 2:00 p.m. check-out for an additional fee.
Are the waterslides wheelchair accessible? Water Park
Waterslides and our elevated attractions are not wheelchair accessible.
Am I able to charge things back to my room? Resort
Please note that the credit card provided at check-in will be authorized for the remaining balance of room and tax in addition to a $250 security deposit per stay. As long as we have a $250/stay authorization on a credit card, you are welcome to charge back to your suite. Upon check-out the authorization for any unused funds will be released. Based upon the business rules of your bank, this may take up to 72 hours or longer to be processed. Great Wolf Lodge is not responsible for overdrafts or fees associated with your credit card.

Are lockers available in the water park? Water Park
We do have locker rentals available within the water park for your use. The lockers are rented from the Trading Post Swim Shop on a daily basis for a nominal fee. Larger items, such as luggage, will need to be kept in your room or vehicle.

Do you allow casts in the water park? Water Park
Casts are allowed in the water park. There are requirements for certain rides for maintaining body positions such as grasping handles or keeping legs in position. These criteria, in addition to how the cast will contact the ride will determine your ability to wear a cast on a ride.

Wireless internet access is available throughout our lodge, which you can access from your room or common areas.
Are there any water park restrictions if I am pregnant? Water Park
Because we do offer some rides that are considered to be extreme, we encourage you to view the restrictions for each attraction.� We also discourage use of the hot tubs.�
Can I request a particular suite style? Reservations
Suite style preference must be booked at time of reservation.

We require one night's stay plus tax be paid as an advance deposit to hold the reservation. This can be paid by credit card. Cheques cannot be used as a form of payment at the lodge.�The credit card used for the deposit must be present at the time of check in. What amenities are in each suite? Resort
Each suite at Great Wolf Lodge comes standard with microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hairdryer, and in-room safe.
Can I purchase additional water park passes? Pre-Arrival
Our water park is exclusively reserved for our guests. In the event you have visitors during your stay, a limited number of additional water park wristbands (valid for one day only) may be purchased. Additional wristbands are $50 + tax each and you may purchase one guest band per registered guest (3 yrs+) in your suite. For the safety and security of our guests, wristbands are required at all times when inside the facility.
Does the resort have wheelchair accessibility? Resort
Our hotel public spaces, accessible rooms, and water park decks are ADA compliant. Temporary use of wheelchairs are reserved for emergency situations only.
If my family has food allergies, how can I let the resort know? Resort
We welcome guests with special dietary needs. We would be happy to discuss allergen-free alternatives in advance. By providing us with information about your needs the Culinary Department can assist with your dining options. Please send the information to food.niagara@greatwolf.com.
Are there chairs (aside from cabanas) to leave our belongings? Water Park
Pool chairs are available on a first come, first serve basis throughout the water park. There are also lockers available in the water park for guest use. Larger items, such as luggage, will need to be kept in your suite or vehicle.
What is the smoking policy? Resort
Great Wolf Lodge is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed in any area of the resort including guest room patios and balconies, the water park, outdoor pool or hot tub. This includes the use of vaporizers, electronic cigarettes, marijuana, tobacco and smokeless tobacco. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be applied if this policy is not followed.

What time is check-in? Resort
Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. or as rooms become available. You are welcome to play in the water park as early as 1:00 p.m. We recommend that you pack a smaller bag with bathing suits and swim gear and leave the rest of your luggage locked in your car. Stop by the front desk to let us know you're here and pick up your water park wristbands. There are lockers, showers, and changing areas available for your use in the water park. We require guests checking in to be at least 21 years of age. Photo ID is required upon check-in along with the credit card used for the deposit and for incidental charges.
What are your guidelines for swimwear? Reservations,Resort,Water Park,Pre-Arrival
Suitable swimwear is required for personal safety.�Please review waterslide safety rules for each waterslide as they may vary.�The Safety standards do not permit cover-ups, loose clothing, headwear, including Hijabs that wrap around the neck on select waterslides and attractions.�Swim caps are allowed.��
Does the resort have an ATM? Resort
Yes. Two ATM's are conveniently located for your use.
How clean is the resort? Resort
Our resorts consistently rank high in cleanliness as measured by our guests! Our housekeeping staff works hard to make sure each room is cleaned to the highest standards and to keep our common areas spotless. We use green cleaning chemicals that also meet disinfection standards. Our water park uses state-of-the-art water treatment equipment to ensure our water quality exceeds health code requirements and we sanitize our water park floors every day. We ask that guests shower before and after using the water park and we ask that guests follow the CDC's 6 Pleas for Healthy Swimming, which include taking children to the bathroom often and not swimming when ill (www.healthyswimming.org). We also ask that diaper dependent persons wear a swim diaper. Our retail stores have swim diapers available for a nominal fee.

Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls does not charge Destination Marketing fees or Tourism Improvement fees.
Are towels provided in the water park? Water Park
Pool towels are available at the Towel Centre located in Bear Track Landing Waterpark. Bringing your own beach towels or cover ups is recommended as pool towels must remain in the water park. Bathing towels provided in your guest suite are to remain in the room.

Are cabanas available to use in the water park? Water Park
Cabanas are available to rent daily for your family's comfort and convenience at the indoor and outdoor water park. A cabana has seating for six with a table, four chairs and two lounge chairs. There is also a ceiling fan and a mini refrigerator that is stocked with an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages. Please contact us directly at 888.878.1818 to reserve your cabana today!
Are Pack 'n' Play cribs available to reserve during stay? Reservations
Pack 'n' Play cribs can be requested by clicking "Pack 'n' Play"� on the Reservation page. Pack 'n' Play cribs are complimentary but are first come, first serve upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed during high occupancy periods. Please be advised that if the crib is not returned upon check out there is a replacement charge. There is a limit of one Pack 'n' Play per room.
Can my child use the water park if he/she wears diapers? Water Park
Diaper wearing guests are asked to wear a protective swim diaper. Please see a Pack Member for assistance. Parents: take children to the restroom often as polluting pools causes an unhealthy condition.

The Lodge assigns suites on the day of arrival. Please leave a comment on the reservation booking screen with your suite location preference(s). These requests cannot be guaranteed, but our guest services team will do their best to fulfill your particular request(s).
Do you accept prepaid cards? Reservations
For prepaid cards, we recommend that you have at least 20% over your payment in order to ensure enough funds are available on the card.

How can I secure valuables during my stay? Resort,Pre-Arrival
Safes are available in each suite that may be used to lock up your valuables.
What is the minimum age requirement to confirm a reservation? Reservations
Our resort policy requires that there is at least one adult 21 years of age or older in each suite.
How secure is the web site when I'm booking online? Reservations

Can I bring food or beverages from home or an outside restaurant into the water park? Water Park
No outside food or beverages are permitted in the water park, however, there are areas designated outside of the water park for guests to dine on their own food.
Is my child safe in the water park? Water Park
We employ hundreds of lifeguards, which have extensive training in monitoring pools and operating rides. You may observe some of their regular drills performed during operation, which provides real-life practice. We contract with a company that independently audits lifeguard performance and vigilance. In addition, we would like to remind parents that although we have award-winning lifeguards, they are not a substitute for responsible parental supervision. Lifeguards are provided to monitor and respond to emergencies, but not to baby-sit children. Always keep your child within arm's reach and if your child is in the water, you should be too.

What is your policy for adverse weather conditions? Reservations,Resort,Water Park,Pre-Arrival
Great Wolf Lodge attractions and water park pools and slides may close due to adverse weather conditions�high winds, heavy rain, and/or lightning. This precaution is taken to preserve the safety of our guests and Pack Members. No refunds or discounts will be issued in the event of a slide, pool, or activity closure as a result of extreme weather.
What items should I bring on my trip? Pre-Arrival

Where can I charge my electric car? Resort
We have a charging station for up to two electric cars here at the property. Please place your request through the front desk whom will have one of our pack member's guide you to our charging station.
What is your process for submitting requests for donations to charitable events? Resort
Great Wolf Lodge requires that you submit a letter of request on your charity's official letterhead. Please include the following information: When the event will take place, the number of attendees expected to attend and what type of event you will be hosting. The letter may be mailed or faxed to the property directly or emailed to donations@greatwolfniagara.com. Please allow 4-6 weeks for a response.
Are laundry facilities available in the resort? Resort
Guest laundry is available on-site. Please check with the front desk or your Lodge Life to find the location. There are also spinners in the water park to dry swimsuits.
Can we bring our own puddle jumpers/life jacket? Water Park
Guests are permitted to bring their own life jackets. Coast Guard approved life jackets are available on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly recommend that children under 48 inches and weak or non-swimmers wear a life jacket. Please note that inflatable toys are not allowed in the water park.
